A 70% Increase In in Quality Leads in the First 90 days
St. George Village is a luxury Senior Adult Retirement Community in Roswell, Georgia. Unfortunately, their website was outdated, and didn’t reflect the luxury and exclusivity of their community. The marketing and sales department were dealing with calls generated from the website for nursing homes and senior rental apartments which was not who they were.
Adcock Creative were already doing their graphic design for print and direct mail marketing so we just needed to extend the look and feel of this branding to a new website.
They needed to state they were an upscale retirement community that offered elegantly appointed residences, their amenities focused on engaging the mind, body and spirit, and the security of offering guaranteed access to the healthcare community should it be needed in the future.
The goal was to reduce the unqualified leads coming into the marketing and sales department and increase the qualified leads from the website as well as developing a prospect waiting list to quickly fill vacancies.
The Results
The new website visually depicted the luxury lifestyle of the community and now matched their branding and printed materials. The unqualified lead phone calls decreased while the qualified prospects from the website increase 85% in just the first 90 days.
